Hope & Community: Yoga Nidra Fundraiser

Service Description

In the wake of the tragedy that occurred in our community on August 23rd, we will be coming together to offer space for rest, reflection, hope, and community. Join us for one (or more!) of four special 45-minute Yoga Nidra offerings centered on Hope & Community: 🌿 Saturday, October 3rd at 2:00p & 6:30p 🌿 Sunday, October 4th at 2:00p & 6:30p 📍 Dragon's Gate Studio 2913 3rd Ave N. Billings, MT 59101 Each offering is just $15, and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Big J Cares to be dispersed to the families impacted by this tragedy. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful, guided meditation practice. No previous experience required, no movement required, just show up exactly as you are and be. These offerings are intentionally being held in a small, intimate setting, with just 10 spaces available for each session.
