Youth Reiki Session

Service Description

During an in-person Reiki session, hands are placed over, near or on top of the body – Reiki however, is not a massage. With Youth Reiki, we are mindful of the Youth's age, cognitive awareness, consent, etc. and often do not use hands-on Reiki. Results from their session may include calmness, reduction in stress and anxiety, and an increase in self-esteem and self-love. Youth Reiki is very focused on reduction in stress and building confidence in their ability to navigate their world. *Youth Reiki Sessions include a Chakra take-home booklet
